Now you see it ....... now you don't!!!

I blipped almost the same view as this a few days ago. The difference in the two photographs is the bridge, or lack of bridge, in today's blip. It was removed last week for some reason, no doubt to do with the Border Railway. Why they have to remove a road bridge over a river is beyond me!
