Phoenix still has a suicide lane

Tucson got rid of its suicide lane on Grant Road a few years ago. I was surprised to find that Phoenix still has one. I had to drive on it today to get a second battery for my new camera. That's exciting. Luckily it wasn't at a time when it was goofy. Instead, it was just a regular turn lane.
