Controversial No 2

Following on from yesterday's controversy.....

Can I say that this is not the most exciting piece of art I've ever seen. I think it would probably look good from above. But at ground level it's just a bunch of lights that change colour and are impossible to blip.

However later on I had an entertaining evening with some interesting people. So the 3 minutes I spent here did not impinge too much on anything...
