The Lewis and Harris Rangers Club Trip 2014

What a day we had today at Ibrox! A free bar from 10.30am to 5pm was attacked from the very moment the shutters opened. Whoever's idea it was at Ibrox to let 115 islanders loose at a free bar has clearly been involved in the financial downfall at Rangers.

A 2-0 victory was a good result but as usual it was marred by the poor football which has become a regular feature at Ibrox over the past couple of years. It is a shame for the fans of a club which has seen so much success and excitement in the past. Although I'm sure we'll get back to those glory days sometime in the future.

Despite the doom and gloom, I must say if you are going to watch a football match this certainly is the way to do it. The service, food and drink were to an extremely high quality and I will certainly be back to enjoy the delights again next year with the Lewis and Harris Rangers Club.
