Soggy doggies....

....again. I fear another bed change may be required!

A good walk even though it rained. Heavily. J bravely faced frog alley; not sure I helped as I pointed out the masses of frog spawn.......

L off sick today. A case of man flu I suspect but it certainly hasn't affected his appetite!

A quick run fitted in between the showers; quick for me anyway. I always run faster when I'm by myself and end up shattered. Must be too much chatting going on when I've company :-)

A skirmish at some admin stuff this afternoon 'helped' by Caley. It's very difficult to get much done with him bringing me shoes and trying to sit on my knee. Office chairs were obviously not designed to be shared!
