I sincerely regret resorting to the "lite" description but I'd just written about 40 labels of the non-lite version and seriously lacked the inspiration to think of another street name. Never mind. I'm not regretting the decision to annexe the cupboard under the stairs. It's a fine temperature for the secondary fermentation needed to get them nice and fizzy in the bottle. And for a school night beer - at only 2% - it's tasty enough after another evening planing in the garage.
