Speechmaking Trophy

Every year The Rotary Club of Strathaven invite Academy pupils to practice their speechmaking skills before a live audience.

This year five students made it to the final. The standard was high making the judges decision difficult.

The winning talk was on religion with some interesting aspects of a mature subject brought to the fore.
