Bill Posters Will Be Prosecuted

I drive passed this building on the way to work and always think a bit of writing above and below and I would create my own bill board lol

So today I took a quick photo while in traffic of my reflection

Random thought but I always remember seeing signs of Bill posters will be prosecuted as a child around town and my dad making a joke about it and from then on wondering what this man Bill Posters looked like as if the sign was a Wanted sign like you see in old westerns
