Sometimes I get so anxious I just can't stand it. And then it goes away.

Even though I know it's a mood and it will pass, when I'm in its grip, I'm trapped, trying to hold on through the storm of thoughts and adrenalin.

On the flip side, sometimes the world is so achingly, beautifully vivid. Is it worth living in the middle? I think yes, the balance is better on balance.
