Castiglione del Lago

Today we drove south into Umbria and spent the morning in Castiglione del Lago. We explored the old fort and then went down to the lakeside. You can take a ferry to some of the islands on the lake but we didn't do that. The afternoon was spent in Montepulciano. Steep steep slopes! Another beautiful day.
