Once Upon A Time

This mural is tagged onto the end wall of this building in a quiet side street in Caerphilly. Who painted it or why?, I have no idea.
The end of the building used to house a "Fancy Dress" shop at one time, so I don't know if they are connected?
Even though it is such a large piece of work, as far as I can tell, the mural is only visible from this one position.
