Pulsatilla vulgaris

I took a few nice shots today of plants I have not featured before or for a long time but as I flicked through the folder this was the one that got the sharp intake of breath.

It's seedling of Pulsatilla vulgaris, labelled 'ex blues.' I have many others, some labelled red or pink also several other species. Guess you may be seeing a few more over the next month or so. Is that OK with you?
