Double celebration

Well today I had the task of making a birthday cake for my uncles 50th birthday. Aged 50 is a massive milestone especially for someone with Down's syndrome! My uncle was actually 50 in feb but has been poorly so we have re arranged his party for this weekend so I had to make the cake this evening in preparation.

Today however at 10:23am I got an amazing phone call - I have been offered a job that I went for interview on Tuesday so I am now going to be working in a prison teaching maths!!! I can't wait! So excited I am like a Cheshire Cat - grinning from ear to ear!!!
