Hubby is doing his BOSIET course today. You need to pass this before you can go off-shore. It includes - First Aid, Firefighting, and escaping from an Upturned Helicopter. You need to update this every four years. Hubby who can't swim very well hates the thought of the water exercises but every time he comes back loving it. he will talk of nothing else for the next six weeks.

Spin class today was mega hard, phew!
