Charity

A big charity day today.

Sport Relief obviously - and although I have been lazy and not actually managed to do anything sporty this year, I do at least have the band to show my support.

Also, I think it's worth mentioning 'World Down Syndrome Day'. Something close to us through a friend of ours who runs a local Down Syndrome support group. Liv and I showed our support by wearing odd socks. The photos I took of her were blurred though unfortunately.

I hope some of you can support something today. If you haven't already of course :)
