Hoch-ma-Toch

I don't know what the name means but I like the sound of it.

The view from the Fife Coastal Path at Hoch-ma-Toch near Kinghorn. In the distance can be seen the island of Inchkeith with Edinburgh’s Arthur’s Seat and the Pentland Hills across the Forth. It seemed so peaceful with few indications of the former noisy shipyard at Bellypuff 1 kilometre south and the former Seafield Colliery 2 kilometres north. The only sounds were the wind and waves and birds searching the low tide shoreline amongst the interesting strata of limestone and sandstone overlain in places by lava flows while ahead a party of geologists were exploring the beach.
