Out Of Luck

So much for those shamrocks lately!

So it wasn't the thermostat that stopped the oven from cooking our pizzas last saturday (the oven was generating heat, but not enough, which made me think "thermostat" instead of "element"). The trouble is I had already fitted the thermostat (no refund) yesterday. New element bought & fitted today and bingo, oven works! Still saved us from buying a new oven though (much to R's annoyance).
Much to my annoyance, the element was a doddle to fit in comparision to the thermocouple.

So guess what I got out of the freezer for tea tomorrow.......
