Taken mid journey in between clinics today.

Slow news day, well apart from the fact it's the weekend and I have a zillion things to look forward to, most of which involve Lycra / running shoes/ lipstick/curry / walking and any variation of same

Oh and a wonderful friend , you know who you are , came round when I was out and did huge amounts of work on my jungle garden for me . What a lovely gift in action. Friends are ace
