Whitmuir Express

I am officially over the freezing wind; enough already. This morning's forecast was wind chill of -5 and it certainly felt like that running into the head wind. I should have done more long runs during the winter months - it was warmer!

Andy and Cameron headed into Edinburgh today to get bikes serviced. Rory and I cooked up a storm in the kitchen: moussaka, fish pie, sausage pasta, blackberry and coconut squares and fruit scones. A well deserved lunch at Whitmuir. Give a boy a log and instantly it becomes a train!!
