Going Nuts!

The whole province is crazy excited because the Grey Cup game is here in Regina and the Riders are in it! Spoiler alert? We WON!

This is also the weekend to bake fruitcakes for Christmas and for K and J's wedding cake. That means the recipe times three. That's a lot of fruit and nuts.

The bottom fell out of the biggest round pan as K tried to slide it into the oven. We were able to salvage most of the batter because she had the presence of mind to grab a clean cutting board from the counter and hold it underneath the dripping pan.
