Boiled Goose Egg

My parents have chickens, ducks, and geese that they've been raising for their eggs, and decided to boil some today. Then again, maybe they regularly boil eggs to pack in their lunches, and it just so happened to be time for a new batch.

Anyway, I think this is the first time I've had a boiled goose egg. It was pretty much the same as eating a boiled chicken egg, but geez, look at the size of that thing!
