"Once"

This is the "Once Man" or the guy who travels round the villages selling the "Once Lottery" tickets. He is well known for his cap full of badges and the smile which remains the same for when you buy your ticket, collect your winnings or he informs you that you have lost.
It is only since taking this phot have I realised he has an Everton FC badge on his cap.
Oh well can't get everything right.
