Lost, but somehow feeling close to home

Down to Newbury this morning for G's eldest granddaughter's performance in a musical. She was magnificent, spectacular. Who knew she could sing like that? Her parents looked equally stunned; she obviously had not been practising at home!

A wonderful evening ......... apart from the hotel we had booked. But never mind, it was sleep there or sleep in the car ......
