Carrot, Cumin & kidney bean burger. Needs more of a heavy hand when applying the seasoning & spices but as you can see...it's a winner AND as it stands only 9p per burger!

Day 24 #100happydays Happiness is all around you, if only you open your eyes and look. This project is really making me stop several times a day and question where's the happiness in the moment...and because of it I've found loads. The smell of fresh coriander gave me a giddy rush, then the warm feeling of siblings off to share a night in. Working on the 1 year gift. Seeing regular customers, working through the to-do-list. Having a plan and sticking to it... I really have nothing to be unhappy about.
