Lindisfarne Boats

We spent the day on Lindisfarne.

I am sure these upturned wooden herring boats have been photographed many times but I could resist photographing them and then processing in black & white.

There were quite a few different birds on the island, these are what we spotted both on Lindisfarne and in Budle Bay.
