Slippery customer.

Tuesday is a shopping day. Today was also a pay day. The Kirkwall branch of RBS open a little hut in Kettletoft for one day a week. There's a radio playing in the peedie waiting room but most of the time we get seen straight away.

From the window, there is a nice view over Kettletoft Bay to Elsness. On the foreshore, the seals rest until the tide returns.

They're nosy critters. Not nosy enough to point cameras at us but I'm sure that's only because of an absence of opposable thumbs and that they would if they could. They'd have to get waterproof ones, obviously.

Hard to get a clear shot in poor light and getting buffeted by 40mph gusts. It didn't seem to bother them though.
