Every now and then, I crave Mimi Corson's graham cracker pie... tonight was one of those times.

When I am baking, I feel as though her spirit is with me, guiding me, helping me. I so wish she was still here to laugh with, talk to and hug - just one more time.

For now, I will honor her memory and feel her presence through food. This pie was made with love!
