Our brand new SAHMRI Building (South Australian Health & Medical Research Institure) is at the cutting edge of design. It is situated on North Terrace, opposite the new RAH construction site.

More glamour. You really do need to see this in large.

It's been dubbed the cheese grater, the space ship, the prickly pear and even the shingle back. Perched on its prominent site, Adelaide's $200 million crystal palace, with its 6290 triangular glass panels twinkling and changing colour in the sun, is set to become the city's new landmark building.

Spent almost an hour today photographing it from every angle, and next time I will try to get inside to get some different views and angles.
