Duke of Wellington

This is the famous Duke of Wellington statue in Glasgow. With a twist.
The customary cone on the Duke's head is nowhere to be seen.
But this is Glasgow, so the Duke can't be left alone as an unadorned statue.
Someone has scaled the plinth and the horse and placed a cape over his shoulders.
Basking in the sunlight he looks very fetching against a blue sky.
