Smoking Ban

Here in England our smoking ban starts tomorrow. When at Sunderland picking my papers up today i noticed the new designated smoking area outside our dispatch area , it looks really welcoming with it's tatty chair and dumped fridges i don't think. I'm all for the ban , as i've never been a smoker , but a lot of people here in Hartlepool won't be in favour as we have 31 percent of the town smoking compared to the national average of 25 percent .
