A Chaenomeles flower opening in the rain

well just after the rain had stopped, as I didn't want to get wet.

Tried taking some early morning misty shots and thought that maybe I could get something out of them. But there's a limit to what you can do with a poor composition.

Went out later in the garden as I had noticed the Chaenomeles shrub beginning to flower
