A Fahrenheit Life

Òran Mór

Formerly Kelvinside Parish Churgh, Òran Mór, meaning the 'great melody of life' or 'big song', is a cultural centre, bar, night club and events venue situated at the top of Byres Road in Glasgow's West End. The church spire is being renovated at the moment, hence the scaffolding (was that not a scouser band from the sixties?). I like the effect of the colour changing lighting that emphasises the building work, rather than trying to hide it.

Through in Glasgow for dinner tonight. Nice evening, but glad to be home and glad it's the weekend. Enjoy!
