Mum always told me not to play with my food, but today I made an exception.

Not quite sure if this worked or not. Ah well ... nice to be playing with the camera again to be honest.

Busy old day again. I have a few interesting days coming up now.

Tomorrow morning I am on Radio Wales at 6.50am talking about the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch.

Friday morning I am in Neath helping David Moffett launch his manifesto. I think I am roadie to be honest!

Saturday afternoon I am going to Pyle Garden Centre with Dawn, mum and dad to help celebrate the 2nd birthday of the reopening of the centre. We have VIP invites, so it's glad rags on!
