Success!

Ok so he doesn't look that great, he has a big wound and looks drunk but he's alive and the operation went as well as it could have!

Part of the abscess has been left open so we can flush it with saline and pack it with honey (to fight the infection and draw out the nasties). Pretty nervous about that but it really is his best chance :).
