Roots.

This tree has obviously decided that it's not getting enough goodness from the ground it's sitting on, so it's decided to spread it's roots down to the next piece of ground.

Today has been very quiet as it's been raining all day, and it"s still raining. Apparently it's going to rain tomorrow too.
