Thirsty work

As anyone used to walking around London would be able to tell you, there is constantly some form of road works going on. Can't recall a time I have got from Point A to Point B on my way to and from work without coming across something being dug up. Saw this today, wonder if they got thirsty working and fancied a nice glass of rose?
