Myth

There is a myth that America doesn't create great beer - this one is testament to this falsehood. Definitely earned it.

My old running group has reformed for the first time in nearly 12 years today - it was quite emotional - the Russian, the American and the Scotsman remain. A few more grey hairs, considerably slower than days of old but a fine 4.3 mile run round the Tidal Basin putting the World to rights.
