Cheeky rascal

Vervet monkeys are becoming a menace at the picnic site at Addo Elephant Park. We were there today and they were on the rampage to pinch picnickers food! They succeeded in stealing sandwiches from an unsuspecting couple of tourists. Fortunately we are aware of them and keep our food out of their sight....I was caught once and ended up practically climbing into a bush to try and retrieve some fresh ham and cheese rolls. Of course I didn't succeed.
Sadly some tourists think they are cute and feed them, and they soon become a problem.
If only people would realise that the animals they see in reserves are wild.
As usual we had a great day and saw many animals.....my tonic for Friday. Have a good weekend all.
