I made these in readiness for Mother's day teas which we are providing for Paul's Mum and family on sunday. We cant do lunch as we will be travelling back from Northamptonshire butIi know his mum likes lemon drizzle cake so hopefully this will 'hit the spot'.I made it yesterday but I'm hoping it will keep well.
