Th houses i have lived in - part 3

This house was built in the year 1888 by a Danish business man called Jakob Havsteen and bears his name, The Havsteen's house. Havsteen was a bigshot in his time in Akureyri. He died in the year 1920 and the house has, since then, had many inhabitants, including my grandmother, who lived there with my dad some years before i was born. I rented, along with my wife to be, a small apartment, which windows can be seen in the upper floor to the left.
