Slow Cooked Chicken & Mushrooms

Things are cooling down in the Blue Mountains - heating is now required of an evening as the chill sets in. One of the things to look forward to with the colder weather are slow cooked casseroles, curries, etc. This one wasn't prepared by me, but by Lesley, not just in any old slow cooker, but in one of the original 30 year old Crock Pots! It was yummy too!
