Mini Triathlon

Gail Mike and Emma through the week have been doing their bit for Sport Relief, Emma started with a 4-mile run, Gail managed a 1 Km swim, and today Mike did an 8-mile bike ride. Between the three of them they raised £400 for Sport Relief.

Mike's cycle ride here was supported by Lisa, Lucy and Gail. I drove ahead and kept stopping to take pics (we didn't have enough bikes for me to ride as well)
