The man on the top floor isn't trying to perform an alluring semi-naked dance for passersby - just trying to keep his midriff cool and slumping against the fence because of the heat.

Phnom Penh has got roasting and I am cycling at a snail's pace in order to keep the sweating to a manageable level. Usually I have a cold drink in my hand that I can rub on my face.

I discovered a new enjoyable pastime yesterday - drinking a cold can of fizzy pop whilst taking a cold shower. Highly recommended.
