Smokey

The first car show of the season was on at the fair grounds today. We have been looking forward to the show for ages but today the weather decided to not cooperate.

Despite the rain we headed out anyway and managed to have a grey time looking round until the drizzle turned into a downpour. We don't want to complain as we really need the rain, but eventually it just got too bad and we headed off for some lunch.

Before we left we did manage to see some of the cars up closely and this original Trans Am caught my eye. Sure she need a lot of work but my childhood involved watching Smokey and and Bandit and this just made me smile
