Rain, with icing

With temperatures hovering around freezing, we had decidedly mixed weather today - mostly rain, with some freezing rain & ice pellets to keep it interesting.

I stopped while we were out his afternoon (taking my parents' garbage to the curb) to take a few iPhone pics of the ice-drapes trees. And it was pouring. And my hands were so cold by the time I got back in the car that I could hardly bend my fingers!

We are expecting this rain-freeze mix all night and into tomorrow, but I am staying home until it stops!
