Saturday Meeting

Our workers do a half day on Saturday, in contrast to most workers in Malawi. Of course its worth their while, they work from &.30 until 12.30 and they get paid for the day.
Alepher has introduced a new twist to the story with a half hour meeting at 12.00 each Saturday to discuss progress for the week and plan for the next. Issues, challenges and incidents are discussed by all, and minutes are taken.
