Or inaction, in my case. They were installing a new security system in the block of flats our son, Chris, lives in so we went down to wait for the workman to come and install the necessary equipment in his flat.

I had the dubious pleasure of watching England's abject defeat to The Netherlands in the T20 while we waited.

This one-handed catch by Chris Jordan was one of the few highlights of England's performance. I know it's a bit of a cheat blipping it off the tele, but I found it quite a challenge to capture a dramatic moment like this - and it's the only bit of action I've encountered on a fairly lazy day!
