The aliens have landed!

I should have stayed in this afternoon. I had been out all morning and am going out tonight so had things to do this afternoon. However, I can never resist an invitation to go for a walk so of course I gave in to temptation. We went along a little stream near Welshpool, the banks were covered with fallen trees from the recent storms but it was still most enjoyable in the spring sunshine.
While walking along, I came across this silver spaceship moored in a little rivulet nestling against the marsh marigolds. Some may say that it's a very large ball that some children have lost but I'm not so sure ................
