Scrumptious salmon supper

Back in the olden days, before Mr hazelh took up his role of self-unemployed stay-at-home house-spouse, and we used to share the cooking, salmon and broccoli pasta was one of my specialities. Mine never looked, nor tasted as good, as the dish that I enjoyed tonight.

Exercise today - BIG NEWS! - a new PB on the morning running loops of 26'39". I also did some sit-ups and weights. I took the bus to work and back because the weather was so awfully bitterly cold and wet.
