I started at the cake shop today and it was busy. There are always 6 things that need doing at one time. I just can't get over the amount of cake that gets made during the day. I know it's a cake shop, but it sheer quantity still surprised me. One of my jobs today was to package up 100 slices of brownie. So here are some of them looking rather pretty.
